What You Need
- Hair comb
- Ponytail holder (this is the kind of ponytail holder she used to match her costume)
- Hairspray
- Bobby Pins (2-3)
Steps
- On the front of the head section of a large piece of hair from the line of the end of each eyebrow.
- This section should go all the way back to the line of the back of the ears.
- Tease this section with your comb until you get to your desired volume.
- Smooth over the top layer of the teased section with your comb so it doesn’t appear too messy.
- Bobby pin the back of this teased section to hold it in place by crossing 2-3 bobby pins.
- Pull all hair back into a high ponytail
- Spray with hairspray

Maddie and Chloe Season 1 Ponytail Hairstyle
What you Need:
- Clear Hair Elastic
- Hair Binder
- 1-2 bobby pins or floral clip
- Hair brush
- Hair Gel/Spray (optional: see tips)
Steps:
- Start by sectioning of a small section of hair slightly to the right on your forehead.
- OPTIONAL: back comb (tease) this section slightly.
- Create either a twist or braid angling it back to where you want your ponytail to be, braid a fair way down and then tie off temporarily with an elastic.
- Comb all the rest of the hair excluding the braid/twist into a high ponytail and tie off with an elastic.
- Undo the clear elastic from the braid and wrap the ends around your ponytail as to hide the elastic.
- Secure the hair with either 2 bobby pins criss crossed or with a floral clip
Tips:
- I recommend using hair gel/spray to get the ponytail smooth.
- A high ponytail is necessary in this style because if you do a low ponytail the braid/twist going into it will look really weird.
- If you are going to use a floral clip use one that matches your dance wear like Chloe does!

Paige Hyland Loose Side Braid Style
What you need:
- hair elastic
Steps:
- Begin on the right side of your forehead and grab a relatively large section by your part line.
- Create a french braid, grabbing large sections and angling the braid drastically downwards.
- Make sure to add hair to both the top and bottom at least 5 times.
- Continue to your desired length and finish off with a hair elastic
Tips
- When adding strands on the face side (the side closest to your face obv.) only add strands until you reach your ear.
- even if it seems like the strands you are adding from the top are too loose or you are braiding them in too far down this really adds to the look of the braid.
- Don’t pull the braid tight while your braiding. The whole point of this style is too look effortless/slightly messy, if you pull your braid tight it will still look good but not the same as Paige’s.
- An optional step is to add some curls with a curling wand or curling iron and the ends of your hair.

What you need:
- Hair binder
- Clear hair elastic
- bobby pins
- palm aid/smoothing styling cream
Steps:
- Pull all your hair into a high ponytail
- Create a simple twist out of the ponytail by separating the hair into two sections, then twist each section to the right, and then twist both of those sections together.
Secure the end with your clear elastic - Wrap the twist around and tuck the ends under like you would for a ballet bun
- Secure with bobby pins

Paige Hyland Braid Basic Braid into ponytail style
This is a super easy and basic style, I get requests all the time for this sort of basic everyday style.
What you need:
- sectioning comb
- hair elastic
- hair binder
Steps:
- Begin by using your sectioning comb to create a part from about an inch into your part line to your ear.
- Tie off the remaining hair with your hair binder (note you will redo this so it doesn’t matter if the ponytail looks good or not at this point)
- Start creating a lace braid, (thats basically a french braid but only adding in sections to one side of the braid, in this case only adding in hair by your forehead)*
- Continue french braiding until right behind your ear or you run out of hair in your section then create a normal braid the remainder of the length of your hair and tie off with your elastic.
- Undo the first ponytail you made and smooth all your hair and the braid back into a low ponytail, secure with your hair binder

- Insert bun form, poof hair over bun form and secure over with an elastic.

- Flower clip
- white headband
- Small topsy tail (optional: this will make doing the hairstyle easier)
Steps:
- Start by parting your hair to the right.
- Tie a clear elastic loosely around a small section at the front of the right side of your part line.
- Using your topsey tail or your fingers flip the little section through itself.
- Once you have done this lightly pressed the flipped part up and cross two bobby pins to secure making a small poof. Insert your flower clip over the bobby pins
- Place your headband right behind your ears securing all your hair behind it.

Steps:
- Start by teasing the top section of your hair and cross bobby pins right behind the teased section to secure
- Pull all of the hair into a high ponytail and secure with an elastic
- Very loosely twist the ponytail into a bun and secure with hair pins as you twist (hairpins better hold looser buns to the head)
- Tuck the ends under and spray the entire style with hairspray.

Chloe TCA Hairstyle (requested A LOT)
What you need:
- Bobby pins
- Hair elastic
- Curling Iron
- Hairspray
Steps:
- Begin with a section at the front of your right part line and create a waterfall braid angling back (HERE is a tutorial on waterfall braids)
- Once it is braided back far enough to be about a little over ½ way across the head and tie of with a hair elastic.
- Complete steps 1-2 on the left side.
- Now hold both the braids back and tuck the elastics under the opposite braid to hide them and secure with bobby pins.
- Stretch the braids so it looks like one continues braid.
- Using the strands you “waterfalled” through the braid, curl them with your curling iron by wrapping them around the barrel or use a curling wand.
- Spray with hairspray.
