Another hit in Ubisoft’s game franchise Just Dance 4 was one of 2012’s best-selling games. Here’s a list of every song featured in Just Dance 4.

What songs are on Just Dance 4? Ubisoft’s Just Dance series has been going strong for over a decade and recently released its eleventh installment, Just Dance 2020. Titled after the Lady Gaga song of the same name, the Just Dance franchise is a series of rhythm games that sees players judged by their ability to mimic the moves of on-screen dancers boogieing to a range of classic and contemporary pop tunes. Although the games were seen as gimmicky early on in the franchise’s history, it’s longevity and popularity proved naysayers wrong and today Just Dance ranks as the second best-selling Ubisoft franchise after Assassin’s Creed.

Just Dance 4 was released in 2012 and boasted a brand-new feature in the form of its dance battle mode which sees two players go head-to-head in a series of dance-offs. Other new features included unlockable bonus dance routines for certain songs and expansions to its Just Sweat mode which calculates how many calories players burned while dancing.

The game also featured over 40 new songs for players to dance to, including then recent pop songs from the likes of Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jepsen and Maroon 5 alongside classics from artists like The B-52s, Elvis Presley, and Stevie Wonder. The Wii U version of Just Dance 4 featured a number of exclusive songs including Jessie J’s “Domino” and a cover of Christina Aguilera’s 2006 hit “Ain’t No Other Man” performed by The Girly Team. Just Dance 4 also offered a range of different songs available as downloadable content for players to bop along too such as PSY’s annoyingly catchy “Gangnam Style,” Kesha’s electro-pop track “We R Who We R” and “The Lazy Song” by Bruno Mars.

Despite its late 2012 release, Just Dance 4 went onto rank as the fifth best-selling game of the year in the United States according to data reported by the NPD Group. Just Dance 4 was also nominated for both Best Family Game at the BAFTA Games Awards and Favorite Video Game as the USA Kids’ Choice Awards, beating the likes of Mario Kart 7 and Wii Sports to scoop the latter. Keeping in line with Ubisoft’s ‘one game per year’ strategy, Just Dance 4 was followed by the release of Just Dance 2014 in late 2013.

Just Dance 3

Just Dance 3 is a dance rhythm game. It was developed by Ubisoft Paris and published by Ubisoft for Wii, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It is the third installment in the Just Dance series, released on September 11, 2011 in North America). It is a commercial success (over 10 million sold) and is 10- i the best-selling game on the Nintendo Wii.

The player can dance to 49 tracks, 51 of which are in the Special Edition on Wii or Target Exclusive (Kinect), or 53 in the Special Edition on Kinect. This third version of the game can be played solo, in pairs, in crew "(team) of 4 players or in the mode" Hold my hand "(hand in hand). Modes from earlier versions still exist, such as "Just Sweat", which lets you select songs with more sporty choreography. Rewards received after each song allow you to unlock modes such as dance mashups, fitness versions.

Just Dance 3 is a game that belongs to the so-called "dance" category. The principle of the game is to imitate the movements of the character on the screen (trainer), as if he were a reflection of a mirror. Depending on the song, the movements are more or less complex and require more or less effort. Icons scroll across the bottom of the screen to indicate the sequence of steps and movements. If everything is done correctly and in rhythm, the player gets points. Some moves are worth significantly more points, we recognize them by the lighting effects around the trainer, these are Golden movements . If the selected song is a duet or group choreography, it happens that the players make different moves and they are forced to cross each other.

In the Kinect version, Just Create mode allows players to create their own choreographies. They can save them and share them with their online friends.
