Focus on basic footwork and fundamentals. This class is open to all age groups and perfect for people new to Bhangra or have a some experience and want to brush up on the basics. We teach a new song and type of choreography every week.

REGISTER FOR CLASSES

Each online class session is 4 weeks. Classes meet twice a week for a total of 8 classes per session. 

We recommend students to start with the Beginner class even if they have previous experience with Bhangra. This will get them used to how we teach as well as learning virtually. If a student signs up for a class and wants to switch class levels, they can do so within the first week of the class session.

Once you register, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the class page. This page will include all live stream links, class videos, and music for the session. Live classes can be accessed via a private YouTube link. Students can interact in real time with the instructor via chat.

As long as you live in the same household, and are taking the same level of classes, you only need to pay once for everybody in the household. If you wanted to take different class levels, then you would have to pay once per level.

Our classes are open to all ages. We have had 4 and 5 year olds take our virtual classes. However it depends on the child as all children are different. Virtual classes are also more difficult because of attention span, so that has to be taken into account as well. If you are unsure, you are welcome to sign up for the class and let us know after the first class if it is not working out.

Great!!

I decided to learn Bhangra, but there were absolutely no classes anywhere near me. This was a really great alternative. The instructor explains the steps clearly, and there are lots of steps included so that you could be using the app for months and months before you got through them all. That's if you're an absolute beginner like me. I think users of different levels can easily tailor their use of this app to suit their ability. This app is exactly what I wanted, and if I do not learn Bhangra the fault will be all mine!

I've danced Bhangra for more than 5 years and had to teach countless dancers how to dance Bhangra from scratch. This video-based learning app is by far the best method of teaching.
