Anna Oglezneva, Irina Sitdikova, Anna Timina with their children at the casting of the "Dancing on TNT" project. Brave mothers did not set themselves the goal of necessarily going further: the main thing for them was the desire to show that it is generally compatible - dancing with a baby in her arms

Participation in the sensational show was preceded by a lot.
We did not write about her a year ago, when she organized mass walks for mothers and babies on the Health Path, and even six months ago, when she launched the first Fitness Mom project in Berezovsky. But now, when Anna Oglezneva and her like-minded people swung at the project "Dancing on TNT", it is already impossible to remain silent.
Anna Oglezneva started training in Berezovskaya "Championika" when her son Timosha was only three months old. But how to teach with a baby in your arms? Berezovchanka found the answer to this question, inspired by numerous examples from the Internet, where young mothers conduct simple workouts in front of video cameras.
“Immediately after giving birth, I started asking doctors about when I could train, because I wanted to return to an active life,” says Anna. - When we had the first training, I realized that it was not only me who needed it! Mom on maternity leave is often bored, she wants to communicate with someone who is on the same wavelength with her. And our project does just that.
According to Oglezneva, as a coach, she always sets a goal for her wards, understands what result she wants to see, but the most important feature of these joint trainings is emotions, communication, and getting out of four walls.
A backpack as a dance prop
The project is divided into seasons, each lasting two or three months and bringing together ten to 14 participants. In the last, third season, several birch women even had to be refused - the hall simply does not accommodate everyone, and other projects of Oglezneva do not yet allow her to lead two groups. “Fitness Mom” is two workouts a week for about 40-45 minutes, until the kids are tired, plus a “useful Saturday”. On this day, additional events are organized for mothers, for example, a self-massage master class: after the birth of a child, many women are worried about how to put their figure in order.
In training. Moms understand that it is not at all necessary to choose between the desire to tighten muscles and stay with the child. Photo by Anna Oglezneva
“Someone wants to pull himself up, someone wants to strengthen his muscles, someone wants to do the splits,” the coach of Berezovsky mothers shares. - I try to take into account the individual characteristics of each.
Anna Oglezneva accepts into her group those mothers whose babies are already five months old and strong enough for classes. He says: you can practice from three months, but safety is above all. In addition, to become a "Fitness Mom", you need to get permission to exercise from a doctor.
How do you train as a couple? If the baby is very small, the mother can hold him in her arms, performing simple exercises under the guidance of a trainer. Of course, there are no jumps, somersaults and other acrobatics here: the movements are smooth, measured. Most often, the child perceives the lesson as a game, moreover, in the arms of the mother, it is calm and good. Older children can spend this time on their own, for example, crawling next to each other or talking to each other. If you suddenly get bored - in this case there are toys in the hall. Of course, it happens, and they cry - in this case, the mother can interrupt to distract the baby, calm him down.
The average age of young mothers who come to Anna's training is 35 years. In general, the run is decent - there are those who are 25, and those who are 40. It is interesting for kids to work with their mothers until about a year and a half.

Another innovation in Berezovsky, born from the "Fitness-mom" - slingo dance or "mom-dance". This is a full-fledged dance, a whole number, when a mother dances with a child who is in an ergo-backpack.
- Yes, after the release of the video, when we put our number and recorded it on video, there were comments in the spirit that it could be scary, unsafe, - says the choreographer. – But this is not a new movement, I did not come up with it. I am inspired by examples from other countries, Russian experience. In addition, dance is useful not only for mothers - it contributes to the development of the vestibular apparatus in children.
"Dancing on TNT"
- Participation in the TNT show has been my dream for all five seasons. For some reason, all this time I did not dare, but then I realized - I'm not scared with Timokha! Anna says. – Especially since we have prepared something that has simply not been in “Dancing on TNT” for five years, and it seemed to me that it would be interesting.
The number was almost ready, it remains to decide who will go to the preliminary casting in Yekaterinburg, which took place on April 21. Anna Timina and Irina Sitdikova decided to support Oglezneva in a bold undertaking: a maximum of three could perform in a team of dancers.
However, in fact, the mothers did not fulfill the condition of the project, because they were six of them!
Now the project participants are waiting for the decision of the show team. Perhaps all of Russia will see them soon
According to Anna Oglezneva, participation in “Dancing on TNT” for her is not an attempt to seriously compete with other dancers, but a desire to show the whole country what dancing with children is like, to inspire mothers to take a boring decree.
- We came to the casting with such a mood and drive that the children felt it and were not even capricious. There were about fifty participants in total, but we were let in without a queue, - Anna recalls. – Of course, we attracted the attention of both the participants and the jury members. We were filmed from all sides on the cameras of their phones.
The casting was conducted by TNT project participants Tatyana Ryzhova and Vitaliy Savchenko. The girl said "yes" as soon as ours performed. As a result, a positive response at the casting definitely received three dancers and "mommies" - that's how they were christened at the casting. At the moment, the issue is being resolved with the organizers of the competition, whether our fellow countrywomen will go further: after all, they brought a very unusual genre to “Dancing on TNT”. But for Anna Oglezneva, this is already a victory: they managed to surprise!
“After all this, people began to write to me on social networks: “Anna, you inspire me to have a baby,” and these are the very words that inspire me,” says the woman from Berezovka.
For communication and harmony
For Berezovsky mothers, the project is not only about leaving the house with a child for the benefit of health. They communicate in a general chat, start to become friends and generally become more open. Many set themselves up for good habits. Since Oglezneva does not recommend diets - after all, a young, and even more so a nursing mother should be in a good mood, it is enough to simply remove the most harmful things like buns, pizza, chips and soda from the diet. Anna herself calls herself a sweet tooth, but admits that in order to be beautiful and set an example, you have to limit yourself.
– My husband supported the idea to join the project. Said you can't just sit at home. And in fact, being on maternity leave, I wanted some kind of movement with the same mothers with children, those who are also in the “subject,” says project participant Elena Komarova and mother of little Varia. - It's great to break the stereotypes about the boring diaper-milk decree, but on the contrary, go to training with the child, dance together, discuss fashion trends with mothers, attend master classes and educate yourself. It is also important that we all improved our figures, introduced the right eating habits.
In addition to walking with children and going to the clinic, modern mothers can easily go out to those events that are of interest to them vacation. For a long time, her life consisted exclusively in the life of children.
– That’s how it was until the fall of 2017, with my ten-month-old daughter, I ended up in the unique Fitness Mom project, where mothers get the opportunity to keep fit, having even a three-month-old baby in their arms, – says Anastasia. – Our coach Anna continues to amaze us, constantly coming up with something new and interesting for us, charging us with her energy and being an example to follow. This is a real shake-up for moms who have been on maternity leave and want to get back in shape.
Berezovchanka adds that during the six months she has made many new friends in the project, she has learned that it is never too late to start dancing.
What is known about Anna Oglezneva
Berezovsky for 29-year-old Anna is her hometown, and dancing is the passion and the driving force that leads her all her life. An environmental engineer in her first education, a specialist in working with youth - in her second, wherever she worked, she trained and coached everywhere.
Already at the age of three, little Anya was talking about her desire to become a ballerina. At the age of five, her grandmother and mother took her to art school. She still remembers how she sang a song about a grasshopper when she entered. Then - seven years of study: classical, pop, folk genre ... Then there was hip-hop, performance for the dance aerobics team of her UPI, in which she became the captain and brought the team from eighth to third place. Now Anna has been leading a big dance project for five years now: when an offer is made to become a choreographer for the UrFU student troupe promotion team, it is impossible to refuse. Oglezneva did not stop training her students until the ninth month of pregnancy. On May 12, the team performs with a big show at the Press House.
Before her maternity leave, Anna worked at the Youth Palace in Yekaterinburg. Dances find her everywhere, they found her there too: in parallel with her main work, the Berezovsky woman taught choreography to children.

14 good reasons to send your child to dance
Every parent knows how important not only the intellectual but also the physical development of the child is. After all, it is in childhood that the rapid growth of the body occurs, the nervous and musculoskeletal systems are actively formed, the respiratory apparatus is improved and the foundations of good health are laid. It is also important that properly selected physical activity has a positive effect on the child's intelligence. It is not surprising that from an early age of the baby, moms and dads seriously think about what to prefer - sports or dancing.
In addition to many advantages, playing sports has its own disadvantages and contraindications. As for dancing, it is actually the best choice at any age. And the world champion, European champion among youth in 2008 in the Latin American program, vice-champion of Russia, bronze medalist of the European championship among professionals in sports ballroom dancing in 2016, the founder of one of the best dance schools in Moscow - Roman Kovgan.
1. Physical health
Dancing has the most positive effect on joints, the heart and the entire circulatory system due to interval loading and a uniform effect on all muscle groups. In addition, dancing, unlike sports, is non-traumatic and has almost no contraindications.
2. Psychological health
It is dance that allows you to throw out all the negative energy accumulated during the day, as well as give freedom to your inner feelings and energy, relieve stress.
3. Development of memory and intelligence
Systematic dance lessons, memorization of movements, steps, parts, dance sequences and combinations is, firstly, an excellent training for memory. Secondly, orientation in space and time is improved, such qualities as endurance, independence, perseverance, activity, initiative, a sense of camaraderie and mutual assistance are formed.
4. Communication and social adaptation
In dancing, even the smallest ones realize the need for communication. Children learn to find a common language, work in pairs and in a team, negotiate, feel a partner, communicate with the opposite sex respectfully and without hesitation, communicate with people of different ages - all this will definitely come in handy in adulthood. “And indeed, in my experience,” says Roman, “children who have been dancing for a long time stand out from others very much, they are more free in communication, independent, confident.”
5. Aesthetic development
“Aesthetics of movement, understanding of music, good choreography and beautiful costumes, all this together contributes to the development of good taste. And if the school itself is as beautiful as our Dance School, - Roman smiles, - then this is doubly wonderful. It is no less important and pleasant for a child to study in a beautiful place than for an adult.
6. Public speaking skill
Constant open lessons, performances on stage and competitions remove any fear of the public. No embarrassment!
7. Artistry
“And also musicality, a sense of rhythm, the ability to improvise - that's what dances give in abundance. Teachers are especially working on the development of these abilities, and our school has an author's program for the smallest, where additional emphasis is placed on rhythm and the basics of acting, ”comments Roman Kovgan.
8. Coordination
One of the most important skills in life. Dancing, like no other physical activity, develops coordination and "muscle memory", children's clumsiness disappears, in the future, new directions in dancing and new sports are easily mastered, and most importantly, it turns out to easily and gracefully control your body. And this skill will remain for life.
9. Harmonious physical development
It is known that children who are constantly engaged in dancing do not suffer from curvature of the spine, have a proportionally developed muscular system, a beautiful gait and correct posture. Doctors state that no sport is as effective in aligning the spine as dancing. Plasticity, grace and dexterity are included.
10. Professional sports career at any age
If there are strict age restrictions in sports and a sports career begins and ends quite early - often after 5-6 years the child can no longer start playing many sports and achieve professional success, - then it is in dancing that you can start dancing professionally at absolutely any age, participate in competitions and achieve the title of master of sports of international class. That is, a child can easily come to our school at the age of 10 or 14 and start dancing from scratch, and with a certain perseverance, after a while, start going to competitions and achieving titles.
11. Versatility
The wonderful thing is that you can start dancing at any age, even at 3 years old, even at 16 years old. They are suitable and will be interesting for both boys and girls. It's a myth that boys don't need dancing, they really do! And if there are no contraindications from a doctor, then there are no restrictions either on height, or on weight, or on any other data. Everybody is dancing!
12. Practical application
Skills that give constant dancing, like the ability to control your body, dance cool at any time and to any music, perform in public, lead in pairs or be able to listen to the orchestra, improvise - these are the skills that which can be useful always, at any moment of life: both in childhood and in adulthood. Perhaps, having completed your sports career, you will never long jump again, but you will dance accurately, and confidently dancing men and beautifully moving girls grow up from those who have known dances firsthand since childhood
13.
DiversityOnly dances, while remaining dances, can change in this way. So, you can choose a direction according to the abilities, interests and temperament of each child. Our school has 10 directions for children, there is literally everything - both classical choreography, and sports ballroom dancing, hip-hop, break dance and even belly dancing. There is the author's program of Nadezhda Romanova "Dance Mix", where children of different ages try themselves in many directions at once. Professional teachers are always very sensitive to what is really interesting for the child, and they will definitely advise parents on which direction in dancing they should pay attention to, what the child has inclinations, interest, and where he will achieve great success.
14. Opportunity to work out with parents
“It's a common problem: for children - one physical activity, for adults - another, and all this at different times and in different places. It’s uncomfortable and difficult,” says Roman Kovgan, “and the way out is dancing.
