Ubisoft unveiled Just Dance 2023 edition today at its Ubisoft Forward event. The game is the 14th title in a series that has sold more than 80 million copies.
The game will launch on November 22 on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
The game is available for pre-order on Nintendo Switch at the Ubisoft Store. The game will also be available on Stadia at a later date.
This year, Just Dance enters a new era as a dance-on-demand platform, which will fuel players with free content updates on an ongoing basis and even more ways to get moving.
For the first time in the Just Dance franchise, players can enjoy the full game online with up to five of their friends or other players around the world with online groups.
All players will be connected to the host’s menu, allowing them to interact with one another through the new emote stickers system, choose songs and hit the dance floor together, no matter where they are located.
Online Groups will support cross-play, while players can continue to enjoy local multiplayer as well.
Just Dance has a new art style too with a focus on immersive3D worlds and intuitive navigation menus. It has an improved recommendation system where players can personalize playlists and curate songs.
Players can move up in the ranks with the brand-new progression system, allowing them to earn in-game points for each completed dance. These points will go toward unlocking new rewards, such as customizing dancer cards for the first time in Just Dance.
Players can personalize their dancer card to fit their own personality by modifying the avatar, background, name badge and alias. They can also redeem points to receive emote stickers, which can be used to communicate with other players in online groups.
Just Dance will provide regular, ongoing updates so players an expect new game modes, songs and themed seasons for years to come. The game features 40 new songs and universes, from chart-topping hits, viral internet phenomena and original songs, including Physical by Dua Lipa, More by K/DA Ft. When a VIP player enters a room, all songs become free to play, making it perfect for everyday use; to play with friends and family; or for organizing parties.
There are two types of passes:
- 24 hour pass: a one time purchase that gives you total access for twenty four hours.
- Long duration passes: you can choose between a one month, 3 month or 12 month subscription.
The long duration passes are renewed automatically. The cost of the pass will be billed to your bank account 24 hours before the end of the time period. For example, if you purchased a 3 month subscription, your account will be billed one day before the end of the 3 month period.
You can cancel at any time, for any reason, by using your first party account. The 1 year VIP Pass subscription is only available in selected regions.

- I don't have a Ubisoft account, what should I do?
You can create a new Ubisoft account when you choose to log in.
- How do I log in with my Ubisoft account?
You can log in with your Ubisoft account from the Settings menu, or the Login pop-up on mobile.
You can log in with your Ubisoft account by using the “Login” menu option on Apple TV.
- Can I continue playing with my save data on another mobile device?
Yes, you can use the same Ubisoft account to log in to Just Dance Now on another device to fetch your save data on that device.
- Can I use my VIP Pass on another platform by using the same Ubisoft account?
No. The VIP Pass is not synced with your Ubisoft account, and can only be used on the platform it was purchased on. Just Dance Now only syncs your game progression data like Avatars, songs played, scores etc. with your Ubisoft account.
- How do I log out?
You can log out from the Settings menu on mobile.
You can log out using the “Logout” menu option on Apple TV.
- What happens to my save data after I log out?
You can continue to play after logging out, but your progress will not be synced with your Ubisoft account.
- Can I log in with a different Ubisoft account on the same device?
Yes.

About the game
I got acquainted with Just Dance in 2009, even before the release of the first part of the game, when I worked at the Igromir exhibition at the demo stand of this very first part.
Since then, I have been developing the Just Dance community and do not miss a single new part.
JD is very easy to play. One of the tracks presented in the game is selected. Players are placed in front of the camera, or pick up controllers, and repeat the movements of the dancer on the screen. About parties
A variety of events related to Just Dance are constantly held all over the world and in Russia as well. Some of them are supported by Ubisoft, the company that released the game, but most of the tournaments and parties are organized by the game's community, those people who love to dance in JD. We don't like the term fan club. We have a group of initiative people who organize events, and there is a large community of ordinary Just Dance lovers - guests of our events.
About the rules

1. Launch Just Dance on your device: Wii U™, PlayStation®4, Xbox One, or Switch (Just Dance 2018 only)

Sign in and select Mobile device as a controller. The console will start searching for devices on the network.
3. Open the Just Dance Controller app on your iOS or Android device. Please carefully read the instructions that will appear, or take a look at the Help tab located in the lower right corner.
4. If the smartphone and the console are connected to the same WiFi network, then the smartphone should recognize the console settings, and then the console name should be displayed on the screen.
a. If the console name is not displayed, check your WiFi settings. smartphone and console settings, and then follow the steps carefully.
b. If the console name is displayed, select it and a connection will be established between the smartphone and the console.
5. Launch the game using your smartphone and dance while holding the phone firmly in your right hand.
The application cannot find the console, why?

Please note that the Controller app is no longer supported for Just Dance 2015.
