Something isn’t working properly

I’m not exactly sure what’s the root of all the problems or if they’re all connected but I bought Just Dance 2018 for ps4 and have been using smartphones to play. To start it off, the first issues is in the app and the game itself but I keep getting network errors so I’m guessing that they’re problems with the Ubisoft servers or something. Can’t enter my Ubisoft account or whatever it is it asks to customize your dancer card within the app and I can’t access the online feature of the game itself. The second issues is the weird one. The first two smart phone devices work fine without many issues but all other devices that have been paired with game/console repeat the same issue of not showing up on the screen. They produce sound effects when joining the game and show character selection after picking a song like all other devices but on the tv it won’t show their name or any sort of visual cue to their existence however when dancing it shows a third and forth bar going up as they dance but it won’t show their names at the top or let them know how they’re doing with each move like the other two. And they also get a score at the end of the song and that’s the only proof of their existence on the ps4 side. I hope for some update somewhere to fix this

I get disconnected all the time

When I first got this game, the controls were working fine but the more I danced, it got worse. I get disconnected even in the middle of songs which is annoying if I am on the world floor. I am not able to get decent scores while using this app. One time I got disconnected then I reconnected, and 10 seconds after I got disconnected again! The worst part is that I already spent $60 to buy the game, and to get the Kinect is another $100 with an adapter of $60. I can not afford the Kinect so hopefully there is an update that fixes some of the bugs soon. It is also unfair to people who have a Kinect because it tracks both arm moments (thus earning more points) while the phone controller only tracks one arm. I've heard people complain about this before so hopefully the Just Dance company will make it fair for everyone. I really hope that this review is put into consideration for the next update. Thank you.

Great!

Dearest Ubisoft and Just Dance developers,

I cannot express how impressed I am with this app. Its sleek, beautiful design and multiple features for sure make it a winner. I just have a few suggestions:

1. Maybe regular Wii compatibility? I understand how old Wiis are, but maybe a more simple Wi-Fi signal output would do the trick, considering most Wiis can connect to Wi-Fi.

2. Maybe the ability to change your avatar and name without signing in? I am I'm 6th grade and apparently "everything matters"😂

I hope you consider those suggestions for the app. However, I do have a few more suggestions for Just Dance itself: (these are totally random and might not even be possible?)

1. I know how much people love custom made things, so it'd be cool if you could come up with a custom dance. First, you could pick one of the premade avatars from the other songs. Then, you could make your own moves to the duration of the song. The avatar would mirror you, you could then save it, name it and play it with your friends!

2. You could make a whole other app specifically made for iPad. (Not iPad Mini, just anything that measures bigger than or equal to and iPad screen. You could do the same with Samsung or other devices. Maybe even computers. Then, using the same controller app, prop your iPad up and play Just Dance on there! (They would have to buy the different editions mobily.) is that even a word ?!?😂😂

I hope you take these into serious consideration! Thanks so much!

Beginner Tips Every Just Dance 2022 Player Needs

The game that promises to keep everyone dancing makes a return once again with Just Dance 2022, the latest installment of the ever-popular dance rhythm video game series by Ubisoft. The series continues to prove successful for the company, even besting some of its recent Triple-A titles.

A lot of that success can be attributed to the games' broad appeal and relatively low learning curve, meaning that just about anyone with a passing interest in music or dancing can give it a shot. Not much has changed since 2021, so veteran players should have no trouble navigating its menus and loading up any of the newly added songs. But for anyone planning to try out the game for the first time, or after a long break from the series, here are a few things worth keeping in mind.

RELATED: The Best Just Dance Games Of All Time

Updated January 20, 2022, by Michael Abayomi: Just Dance 2022 continues to provide entertainment and exercise for fans young and old. We've updated this list to include two additional entries that should help both new and returning players get a hang of those trickier dance routines even faster.

7/7 Available Platforms

One of the first things anyone looking to get into Just Dance 2022 should know is on what platforms the game is available. Like most years, the latest installment of Just Dance is available to play on just about every modern console and gaming service. These include the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Google Stadia. Wii owners have been left out though as support for the Nintendo Wii was dropped with last year's release of Just Dance 2021.

Each platform offers its own unique advantages, like portability on the Nintendo Switch for example, and the ability to take the game with you anywhere you go. The game is still not available on PC for whatever reason though, unless you're willing to settle for Just Dance Now instead, their cloud-based subscription service that works with smartphones and an internet browser, and offers a vast library of past Just Dance hits for players to dance to.

6/7 The Song List

Players of Just Dance 2022 should definitely take the time to familiarize themselves with the list of songs that come with the game. After all, a new Just Dance game is just as good as the songs on its playlist. Thankfully, Just Dance 2022 comes packed with quite a few bangers. These include recent hits like Save Your Tears (Remix) by The Weeknd & Ariana Grande, and Levitating by Dua Lipa, to older classics like Buttons by The Pussycat Dolls and Rock Your Body by Justin Timberlake. There are 46 songs in total, including 5 regional exclusives.

RELATED: Just Dance 2022: The Best Songs

And for those players craving even more songs, they'll be pleased to find out that the game comes with a one-month free trial of Just Dance Unlimited (another one of their subscription services) that includes over 700 songs from past games and elsewhere. If you've happened to listen to pop radio or the Top 40 charts anytime within the past two decades, then chances are you should recognize quite a few of them. The best part is that the game offers a nice mix of songs and genres - from rock to pop and even South African house music - ensuring that all types of music lovers will find songs to immediately gravitate towards.

5/7 The Different Editions

Aside from being available across multiple platforms, Just Dance 2022 also has two different editions for players to choose from. There is the standard edition which costs $49.99 at launch and comes with 40+ songs, as well as the one-month free trial of Just Dance Unlimited mentioned above. Then there is the deluxe edition which retails for $59.99 at launch.

The main difference between both versions, aside from sporting slightly different cover art, is that the deluxe edition comes with four months of Just Dance Unlimited. That is the one-month free trial from the standard edition, as well as an additional three months subscription valued at $9.99. There are additional renewal options for Just Dance Unlimited at $3.99 for one month and $24.99 for a full year. It is worth noting that an internet connection will be required to use the service, since the songs are streamed over the internet, as opposed to played from a disc or hard drive like the ones that come with the base game.

4/7 The Controller Options

Just Dance 2022 is a rhythm game and as such, the game is played primarily through motion controls. This means that PlayStation players would want to have a PlayStation Camera handy, while Nintendo Switch players will need to use their left or right joy-cons. Players on the former can take advantage of the peripheral's more accurate, full-body tracking.

RELATED: The Best Games That Use Motion Sensor Controls, Ranked

Xbox Series S and X players on the other hand might have to fish out their old Kinect sensor bars to join in on the fun, because not only does the game not offer support for traditional controllers, it also doesn't allow them to use any other type of camera. Thankfully, all versions can also be played with a compatible smartphone, using the Just Dance Controller app available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store. Though it is worth noting that Nintendo Switch users will still require a joy-con to get past the game's start screen, even if they intend to use their smartphones to play during the actual songs and dance routines.

3/7 The Different Modes

Just Dance 2022 has no shortage of game modes available for players to choose from, which can be quite daunting for newbies. The good news though is that it gives an option to dive right in with a randomized playlist in the Quickplay Mode. For anyone looking to explore the other available options, the game has quite a few.

There is the Co-op Mode, where up to six players can play together locally, using supported peripherals and smartphones. Then there is the World Dance Floor, where you can play with other players around the world in a tournament-styled competition. Sweat Mode is geared towards fitness buffs, and it lets you start your own routine and track the calories burnt along the way. And then there is the Kids Mode, which, as the name suggests, is geared towards children with family-friendly songs and simpler routines.

2/7 Song Difficulty

As was the case with previous entries in the series, Just Dance 2022 has a number of songs for players to choose from. But not all of those songs are created equally. Parents will be pleased to know that younger players have a kid-friendly playlist of songs with simplified dance routines that shouldn't cause them too much frustration.

But for everyone else, they might want to be mindful of their chosen song's difficulty, which can be seen on the song selection screen. There are alternative dance routines for some of the songs that turn them into full-blown workouts, so it is best to avoid them until you are ready to break a sweat. Those looking for an even greater challenge can also unlock an extreme mode on certain songs once they've racked up enough points, which can effectively turn a previously-mastered song into a gauntlet of skill and endurance.

1/7 Practice Makes Perfect

The key to mastery in Just Dance 2022 comes with taking the time to learn the various dance routines. The good news is that most of them have repeating movements that are generally easy to follow. But knowing when to expect them can be quite tricky the first time around.

This is where practice comes in, as you'll grow more familiar with the ebb and flow of each song and its routine the more times you go over them. There is no shortcut to putting in that practice, unfortunately, at least if you intend to stop flailing about awkwardly each time you miss another move which you should have seen coming a mile away. Acquiring the skills needed to dance to each song like one of the pros is relatively straightforward, you'll just need to put in the time and effort.

Trampa Wand Remote Control

Introducing the Trampa WAND Remote Control!

Frank Drenkhan - king of TRAMPA product design and Benjamin Vedder - creator of VESC, also known as "Yoda of Electronics", designed a revolutionary remote control in winter 2018/19 with some new and very exciting "E-Skate specific features" to work in direct connection with the VESC / TRAMPA product series. There are already plenty of basic remote control options on the market, but none of them hit the high bar when it comes to features and reliability. We, the TRAMPA team, have experienced riding with enough unreliable remotes, hence we have always dreamed of having a reliable, versatile, durable, informative and safe remote that would match the outstanding performance of the VESC software and the TRAMPA hardware they so often use. connected. You should expect nothing less than magic when waving your WAND over TRAMPA's assembled VESC products!!!

HARDWARE

High quality TRAMPA electric boards deserve to be controlled with a high quality remote control, you need 100% control of the monster under your feet!
The TRAMPA team has always dreamed of something that feels good in your hands, made from high quality material, with a light weight to match the same high quality level of our TRAMPA boards and the latest, cutting edge technology that VESC offers. This remote control is made of 6061 T6 (aviation grade) aluminum with a sleek carbon fiber cover. You can immediately see and feel this quality.

LIVE DATA DISPLAY The

WAND features a high resolution circular OLED display that displays all the important information you want at your fingertips while riding your board. The screen may be small, but the list of data displayed is HUGE! You will be able to scroll and see your current speed, average speed, power consumption, duty cycle, average power consumption in watt hours, battery indicator (for both VESC board and remote control), recovery and much more that will added via firmware updates!
Whatever data VESC collects can eventually be displayed on an OLED screen. Benjamin even added a few tools for displaying animated graphics for maximum pomp!

SMART REVERSE

Have you ever crossed an intersection and wished you could turn back a little to get you out of the traffic? Well, now with a STICK in hand, pulling back on the thumb control will stop and holding your thumb in the braking position will automatically trigger the Smart Reverse function, which increases current enough to reverse the direction of rotation of the motor, but only at slow speed. speed to get your board out of trouble... A very smart feature designed to keep our customers safe. ..

SECURITY and Gesture Control OUTLOOK FOR FUTURE UPGRADES FW

What's really interesting is the IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit) inside the WAND. The IMU knows the exact orientation of the WAND in space and collects the acceleration values of all spatial axes simultaneously, acceleration, speed and altitude. Using the IMU, Benjamin will be able to code some really useful security features in the future, as well as some fun stuff. For example, one day the remote will be able to tell if you have fallen and will be able to safely stop your board. He will know when he is upside down on the surface and refuse to send random signals to the board. Turning on when you pick it up and turning it off after 5 minutes of inactivity WAND is smart enough to save your own battery power! It can even be used as a water level, helping you line things up perfectly! Expect good FW firmware updates in the future. IMU functions will become available after a while!

TRANSFORM YOUR REMOTE CONTROL

Besides the features mentioned above, amazing technology has the ability to convert the remote into a Finger Trigger pistol style, install the grip and hook by operating the trigger with your index finger. Either install an additional small trigger on the underside for additional index finger control, use the index finger to send acceleration commands and the thumb to send brake signals. You can only use your thumb to control.
Just like the TRAMPA boards, these remotes are made just for you!

SAFE STORAGE

We've all spent way too much time on the pre-ride ritual known as "Where the hell did I leave the remote"?! Well, no more. We decided to equip the WAND with a magnetic bottom plate. A small metal sheet or magnet attached to your board (glue a large washer to your battery box or similar) will always keep your remote secure where it belongs, or you just keep the remote on the fridge, next to your car keys!

BATTERY LIFE

Battery life has always been a problem in the past. Sometimes you want to go for a ride but forget to charge the remote. Then after a quick charge, you start to worry that it will die before the end of your trip.
When Frank and Benjamin designed this remote, the first priority was to achieve ultra-low power consumption.
We have chosen to use standard AAA batteries so that you can easily carry and replace spare parts - for example, changing the batteries in the remote control, giving you complete confidence that the battery will never run out. Two tiny AAA batteries are rated for 30 hours of continuous use. AAA cells are available at gas stations, supermarkets, pharmacies, or even a remote home in the middle of nowhere in the kitchen if you're really desperate while on the endless trails!

SOFTWARE & SUPPORT

We don't want you to have to buy a new remote because the software is outdated, so we made sure this remote comes with a USB port and SWD, allowing you to easily install the latest firmware and unlock the latest features when they are released. This remote is designed for the future and will surprise you many times in your life. The WAND firmware will be open source. Please see Benjamin Vedders Github for source files and copyright information: https://github.com/vedderb

COMPATIBILITY

This remote control is fully compatible with the TRAMPA NRF key. An NRF connection is required to pair the controller with a VESC device. Depending on if and when you bought the dongle, you may need to update its firmware, firmware, in order to establish a connection with the controller via VESC, which is a simple task. This remote control is compatible with any ESC based on VESC technology and running VESC firmware. Just insert the TRAMPA NRF dongle into the UART port of your ESC.

CALIBRATION AND MULTIPLE BOARDS

This console does not require calibration. A simple one-click pairing procedure does the trick. This remote will become a reliable partner for all your boards. No more need for multiple remote controls for multiple boards if you don't want to ride with friends. In this case, you can leave your old remote PPM receiver connected and switch to it using the VESC-Tool app.
To connect WAND to your VESC or VESC based ESC, you will need to update the firmware on that ESC. Simply plug the TRAMPA NRF Dongle into your VESC and the connection is pretty much automatic, just follow the on-screen instructions. The TRAMPA NRF Dongle can be updated to the latest compatible firmware with the latest desktop VESC-Tool.

Chapter 7. How do you use the remote control?. Press the Pause Button [A Unique Technique for Managing Your Own Life]

Chapter 7. How do you use the remote control?

"The secret of success is to constantly keep in mind the picture of a successful outcome."

Henry David Thoreau

The remote control is the kind of device that people use to avoid "unnecessary" physical effort for more than 50 years, ever since it was developed for military use in the late 1940s.

Remote controls are used so widely that there are almost no homes left in the world without at least one remote control. Indeed, according to one manufacturer, between a third and a half of homes have not one, but four remote controls in the living room.

How do we work with this thing? Each in their own way. If you search the Internet, you can find many pictures with options in which combination to press various buttons with your index, middle and thumb. However, the most common combination is to place the remote diagonally in the palm of your hand and press the buttons with a bent thumb.

It's probably not the first time you've been thinking, "Why talk about this?" We assure you, there is a very serious reason. Before we move on, let's just imagine that you have a remote in your hands and you are trying to "turn off" a person in the other corner of the room. Incredible? Not at all, trust us. Is there an unceasing noise in your head from the chatter of your son / wife / mother-in-law? And there is. We bet it doesn't take much imagination to use your hand and thumb just like you do in the living room in front of the TV! Forward! Just do it one more time. Press "Pause"!

So why are we again and again, in much the same way as in the previous chapter, where we talked about forming habits, asking you to do this? In hypnotherapy (and many other therapies), practitioners often use a so-called anchor—a very tangible tool—to engage as many of the patient's senses as possible in order to store and fix the "therapeutic message" in their memory.

You may have heard of people who, when quitting smoking, rub their whiskey whenever they feel the urge to inhale? This is what the anchor is. You need to repeat some action in order to associate (fix in memory) it with the achievement of a certain mental state, for example, relaxation, determination or fearlessness. After the connection is fixed, this feeling may itself arise in your head, in your imagination. You slip out of the present moment and find yourself in a place where no one will interfere with you, no one will harm you, no one will invade your shelter. The place can be real or imaginary, but you need to imagine it as vividly as possible.

In fact, any stimulus that triggers a stable state of mind can serve as an anchor. Some psychologists prefer the term "trigger" ( trigger, or provocative, mechanism) rather than "anchor". In particular, pause therapy practitioners define the anchor as a means of providing a "safe place". That is, in our case, a state of mind in which no one will interrupt you, no one will distract you, and in which you have the opportunity to think everything through.

Anchoring (conditioned reflex) was discovered by I.P. Pavlov with his famous dog. The dog's cage was equipped with a bell that rang every time before food was brought to the tray. After repeated repetitions, the dog developed a clear connection between the bell and food, and now he began to salivate even if only the bell sounded and no food was given. It is now generally accepted that in hypnotic techniques, anchoring in one of these basic ways is usually successful.

It usually creates a connection between the emotion and the trigger, which means that situations can be controlled because the mind can be calmed (or brought into any state determined by the trigger).

As part of self-hypnosis, not a psychological show or clinical hypnosis, this gives ordinary people the opportunity to suddenly gain strength and faith in themselves.

Once you identify what happened to you that made you feel really good—confident, safe, and out of danger—you can link that state and those feelings to a predetermined trigger factor. Now, all you need is a trigger to experience those inspiring feelings again.

Once you have identified what made you feel good—confident, safe, and out of danger—you can link that state and those feelings to a predetermined trigger factor. Now, all you need is a trigger to experience those inspiring feelings again.

And how can all this help you? The basis of hypnotherapy is the calming effect of deep relaxation produced by you or the doctor. It also helps if you suddenly feel agitated, angry or unhappy. At the same time, it is not necessary to enter a state of deep relaxation, it is enough to use your trigger factor - in the case of TST, press the bent index finger to the thumb - to increase self-confidence and self-esteem. And what's more, you can use Pause and Fast Forward to view the consequences of any action you might think is preferable.

Any feeling or sensation is useful to psychotherapists, as long as it provides the most intense response in the client. Derren Brown, the famous English mentalist (as well as a magician, psychological illusionist, hypnotist, artist and skeptic), demonstrated the value of anchors and trigger factors when the show in 2006 (it was rerun in the UK in 2011) was successful in three out of four attempts to "convince" apparently normal spectators to organize an "armed robbery" in the center of London. The anchors included music, color, and a key phrase, each of which was "imprinted" in memory over several sessions.

Of course, we hope that no one will think of an armed robbery! Derren Brown didn't get it either. This show just showed how important anchors can be in reinforcing ideas: habit, sound and visual stimuli, repetition.

In TST, the trigger factor appears to a large extent already in the very name of the therapy: a visual (and to some extent tactile, since the hands are also involved) manifestation of the idea that pressing "Pause" gives you a freeze frame. It's like being in a living room with a TV, freezing the movie of your life - pausing the action and giving yourself time to think.

To put it simply, we designed TAP so that you not only imitate the various manipulations of the remote control, but also realize the feeling of time stopping when you press Fast Forward, Rewind, etc. You can fully master this , always have your own Pause button at hand. But life is what it is, and not every time you need to stop and think, you will have such an opportunity.

For those people and those times when, for whatever reason, the image of the SSP card does not resonate properly in your head, with bent thumb and forefinger, press the imaginary remote control as if you were holding it in your hand! You can, of course, order a bracelet or a plastic TCH card that mimics the remote control, but you can’t hold them in your hand twenty-four hours a day, so there will certainly be moments when you have to imagine them.

Just think about what happens when you actually hold the remote control. The middle and ring fingers and the little finger hug him, holding him, and the two “workers” (if you are doing this now, at least in your imagination, at least in reality, you will understand what we mean, mind) - the bent index and thumb - are connected and ready press "Pause", or "Fast forward", or something else.

Think about it... Now do it. .. Do you understand what we mean? You don’t even need the remote control itself to realize that any person who is used to pressing buttons on it has their fingers “fold” into the desired configuration!

Bend the index finger and "squeeze" it to the thumb - such an ordinary action that it is easy to do without the remote control or other real stand and achieve the same (speculative) effect. It's just a matter of desire and perseverance. And practice!

So what are you waiting for? Try! One of our acquaintances managed to physically “turn off” her son, who was chatting incessantly in the back seat of the car. She actually twisted the volume button with her hand simply because this action was an integral part of her “car life”.

It doesn't take much to stop doing something, to put an end to any madness at the door, and to believe that there is a way to do it: press "Pause" - literally!

And again we repeat - try . Do it in the staff canteen, see if you can figure out how to stop your thoughts from returning to how much you despise your boss. Do it in the kitchen when you feel like yelling at the kids for stopping you from cooking dinner.

How do you think this cry will bring you closer to your children or alienate you? Will there be a long lasting bond between you if you continue to behave like this? And if you constantly consider the shortcomings of the boss under a magnifying glass, will it improve your performance?

If you can, just press Pause. Make it a habit to press your thumb against your bent index finger. You already know what it's like. You do the same by switching channels on your TV, music player or music center many times a day. You do the same by turning the volume up/down while turning the TV off/on. And do not pretend (to yourself - no one will deceive us!), As if you do not know exactly what it is about.

"Pause". Easily! "Fast forward". Easily! "Rewind". Easily!

Bend the index finger, press it against the thumb.

Finally, we figured it out. Or is it still not?

You once developed a behavior pattern or habit that you now want to change. And here it is highly likely that the behavior itself begins according to a certain “signal” - following the same trigger factor (or anchor) that we recently talked about.

For example, you are waiting for a call from a business partner. Hear the phone. Picking up the phone, you immediately reach for cigarettes and a lighter. You were waiting for the call, you were ready for it, and this turned out to be a signal sufficient to ensure that the readiness and expectation of one event was combined with the readiness and expectation of another - to smoke.

You are at home, except for you and the children, there is no one else. Children are naughty, not more than usual, but enough to make you want to have a glass (and more than one) of wine as soon as you send them to bed. You can drink only after you safely wrap them in blankets and they fall asleep, but the signal has already “passed”, it lies in your mood, in already familiar feelings, in preparation for sleep.

We have given only two examples; you can remember more - both with yourself and with your friends. The main thing here is that, having taken up pause therapy, you begin to see in all these signals and trigger factors moments for "Pause" .

You are at home, the children are acting up. Click Pause. Think over and clearly imagine how you will feel if you drink and if not you drink wine. After putting the children to bed, press "Pause" again. Think again. Over time, even if you do fold to your trigger the first few times, you will teach yourself a major lesson. you you can think about it. You can restrain this desire. And sooner or later you will reach a state when you consider it right not to drink.

The same with the trigger factor of the expected phone call and cigarette puff. As soon as you realize that you should be called, press "Pause". Clearly imagine whether you really stop being nervous after taking a sip of smoke, nicotine and various chemicals, or you are greatly mistaken. Won't you regret that once again you postponed "the day you quit smoking". How much will your self-esteem increase if you reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke daily by at least one or two.

And then the phone rings. Click Pause. Now you have the opportunity to imagine how glorious it will be - to feel much better just because this time you did not flick the lighter.

Scenarios may be different, the story is always the same.

Since the technique of using an imaginary remote was easy for you, the ability to actually press the Pause button with your thumb gave you control over time. Gave a mental space that you never dreamed of. Provided a safe area.

Some, as we have said, prefer to hold a specific SSP device in their hand, which looks like a credit card. Others find it more convenient to wear a special bracelet. Still others simply bend their index and thumb fingers and press the "buttons" on the virtual remote control. And these options are not the only ones.

Many houses are full of unnecessary remotes. So why not pick one up and carry around for at least a week, just to have a physical reminder of the Pause-Fast-Forward-Rewind options to hand?

"If your teeth are always clenched and your fists are always clenched, then your life is likely to be clenched. "

Terry Gillimets

Do you or your family have problems with impulsive purchases? It’s not at all difficult to put a credit card in an envelope, and attach an image of the “Pause” button on top. If you suddenly want to buy something unplanned, the first thing you will see when you take out that envelope will be the “Pause” button, and this may be enough to stop and think: are you wasting your money.

Want to get that designer shirt over there at half price? Okay, get a credit card. But first there will be a reminder, visual and tactile, that it is time to stop and think.

So, you are holding the cherished envelope in your hands, but do not run to the cashier, but press "Pause". You think about the future, imagine how you will feel tomorrow, in a week, in a month, if the shirt does not fit in size (and things bought at a sale cannot be returned or exchanged) or you quickly dislike it. Or - if common sense still prevails for a moment and you remember that this month your salary was slightly lower because you worked fewer hours, and besides, there is another payment for the car.

"Rewind" and "Fast Forward" will help you see what will happen if you not buy this shirt. You will stop worrying about paying for the car; rejoice that your already small bank account balance will not become even smaller; You'll be glad you didn't hang another white shirt in your already crowded closet, and, perhaps most importantly, you'll feel more confident that you didn't give in to temptation.

The TSP is the key to changing the life of more than just one person. The domino effect will soon manifest itself both in the family and among friends. While you learn to control your decision-making and make better choices, you should involve friends and family in this process. Pause therapy is applicable in any strata of society, in any age groups, and it’s impossible to say how much better the whole family will understand the causes and consequences, actions and reactions, if it is “connected”!

If you are familiar with the expression "at any cost", you will understand our point of view when we say that it does not matter , exactly how you prefer to press "Pause". It is important to practice in such a way that the habit of using the TSP is imprinted, firmly rooted in the brain, becomes almost subconscious: if you have a little doubt, you immediately press Pause and stop to think - that's what matters.

For you, this means using one of the methods we offer. You may find that you need a real remote. Or, for the first step, you need a certain code phrase or just a sequence of words that tells you it's time to take a break, and which you, realizing that the need to make a choice is about to fall on you, begin to repeat. It could be something very simple like "press pause, now I need to press pause". Now I need to press "Pause" and see the consequences "...

It may be more convenient for you to pronounce it just at the moment of pressing the thumb to the index finger or pressing the button on the real plastic or cardboard remote control of the TKP. You may want to say, “No one has power over me anymore, and nothing can stop me now. Press pause, [say your name]. ” Just imagine the delightful feeling that this self-control will bring you.

The method you choose may be acceptable or effective only for you, it is not at all necessary to “copy” it from someone. If you really understand everything, you will soon find that you can much more accurately adjust it to suit you. The passphrase can be barely audibly whispered, or it can be sung or recited like a mantra. Or maybe it will be more pleasant for you to say it silently or even mentally.

Perhaps there is a melody that you associate with peace, serenity and calm contemplation. It can help if you remember it by pressing "Pause". This is yours personally.

Use the remote control in whatever form themselves have chosen, in the way that best suits you .

TIME TO PAUSE

Mike and Sally were about to leave. When they first got married, they had a certain routine that was never broken: Mike came home from work, they sat down to dinner and shared their impressions of the day over food. Then they watched a movie or TV show together. On weekends, they went shopping, equipped their home, visited relatives and friends. The relationship began to crack after Sally stumbled across a group of old friends on social media. Now, not only did she “chat” with them for a long time – including with men, which Mike was not at all delighted with – but she also plunged headlong into her online life, moved away from Mike in everyday relationships, and often went to bed much later him, going online after dinner and sitting there for a long time.

Mike first heard about SSP from a colleague and suggested to Sally that they work out together. Sally learned to press "Pause" and view the consequences of her "virtual" life. And after Fast Forward showed her that she and Mike could get back together and enjoy the things they used to do together, she began to think about a different future together, where she wouldn't be lost on social media anymore.

FROM THIS CHAPTER YOU LEARNED:

• that it is enough to bend the index finger and press it against the thumb;

• involving children in break therapy;

• about the visualization of the consequences.
