Hey Ubisoft, we have an issue.
First, we love the app, it is so fun, we play it everyday. But our problem is that every now and then, songs that we originally had, so far 2 of them have gotten removed. Those songs were Hangover(Ba ba ba) and the original version of Handclap. We dont why these songs are now removed. Can you please help us get these songs back? And could you please fix this app so that it stops removing songs? Thanks, Elijah Gates.
People think that scoring is hard so you have to flip the phone upside down to dance.
So far Im loving this game, we play everyday and its so fun, there is just a few things we have questions on. First thing is every song from previous Just Dances are going to be added on this app eventually? Also, we want to know how to unlock more songs, because usually we would unlock new songs every week, but this week that just passed, we havent gotten any new ones, and Im wondering why. So we want to know the answer to these 2 questions, so that we know? We hope the people over at Ubisoft could see this review and reply to it.

Does this app support Apple Watches?
Every time we try to play one song it doesn’t show on our phone. It just keeps on loading and the song would start, but our phone won’t.
The loading takes like seven hours.
Hello, Ubi! We’ve been playing this game for about a year now and now that the latest update is here, we were thrilled to play today! But for some reason, the video for the dance does not play not does the music. We’ve cleared our cached, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and checked our network connection and nothing has seemed to work. Im assuming its a bug of the update so we hope you fix it soon. Id hate to be paying for a membership we cant use! Other than that, we love this game so much :)
It takes a long time to load the app for some reason its been a day since we tried is there a fix.
We luv Just dance because we like dancing to music. Some suggestions of songs to add (If you can): Pink venom ~ Blackpink Knew you were trouble ~ Taylor Swift Thx.
We think that you guys should add all the songs on to the app. It made us sad that we paid to be able to dance whenever we want but the game doesnt have all of the old songs that we grew to love. If Ubisoft plans on updating the app we think more of the old songs should be added!
It seems to have a problem with detecting slow movements. Like im we kissed a girl Stage Mode or Blinding Lights, its difficult to do the slow movements as they arent really detected. Honestly, if they added the ability to use a phone camera to detect your moments this game would be so revolutionary. Please, really consider adding it.

We really love the mobile option since we’ve been playing Just Dance when it was on consoles and it really helped us during our college years. We just wish that this app would be compatible with our Apple Watch so we could use that as our controller instead of waving our phone around.
We’ve been having a blast playing JDNow, however, its frustrating seeing songs getting removed out of nowhere. For example, whenever we play, we often do the song good 4 u. However, it got removed from the game for no apparent reason, and this is frustrating. When we paid for the VIP, we expected to be able to play songs that we see for the duration of the VIP, not for songs to get removed for no reason.
Wish it would add more recent r&b songs.
When we tried to play the game it was nothing like just dance we had to wait 2 HOLD MINUTES for nothing we tried to reset it but it still wont work regardless the only reason we bought this game was because we were bored but we just got worse FIX THIS PLEASEEEEE.
Along with thinking they should add more songs and dances we think it would be really fun if they had a shuffle feature so that way you dont have to constantly be searching through the song dance library but it also allows for a ongoing fun dance session.
We liked the concept and we enjoyed playing it for the most part. But we found the playlist rather limited. Also have been having weird connection issues on our iPhone. In addition we found the music constantly playing in the background in between songs very, very annoying.

Good game but now its not playable because the screen keeps turning black whenever you spend coins and join the dance.

Why cant we use a iPad Im just 8 we cant have a phone but we want to play this we want to dance argggggggg.
It says u can connect it to chrome cast/ Apple TV which we do so we have a bigger screen. But when we do so sometimes it glitches and plays the audio slower on the tv than on the game screen (for reference its an iPad that we connect using Apple TV). Weve checked if its our tv or wifi but its not, it could be the game. Also it mega lags on the dance MiMiMi. Once ur done playing it the screen freezes and doesnt let u log out or continue playing. It does that with many songs but we cant list them at the top of our head.
Also when will they add dances like Get lucky, Pump it, Fireflies and many other just dance classics. No one really want to dance/pay for the new 2020-2022 just dance songs we like the old 2014-2016 now Id pay for those.
We were just starting to dance then we accidentally pressed the button to leave the dance, and we only got 100 coins but then it went to 0. That happens multiple times before. Can Just dance put the button on the screen not the controller? But overall good app.
We like the game it was fun at first but you only get 100 coins every 24hours so we bought vip it was acting weird like every time we get on a face the screen was black and would not let us load on our controller there is a bug so can the creator of this game can you please fix the bug in the game.
Hello, we have a problem when we play with our friend and give the game money to dance dance doesn’t work, and the game money goes away and we don’t have a dance, please fix this bug and it doesn’t happen for a day.
The game is okay. The only problem is that each time we do a dance, mid dance it will disconnect us then reconnect us. Its at random as well.
Some songs wont connect to your phone and so you cant play them. Some songs lose connection in the middle. And with their recent update, now we cannot even connect to the game even with perfectly fast internet. Absolutely worse purchase we ever made and we wish we couldve refunded it.
The kid accidently click on 1 day vip. We requested cancel and refund, and uninstall the app immediately on Apple tv. But after that, randomly, some days we receive bill for another 1 day purchase, without open apple tv, without the app installed. Disgusting!
It wont let us get out or dance no button no sence BAD DEVELOPED.

We wanted to like this and we thought having an iPad with a camera or a phone with a camera Id be able to use it like you could with wii. Not the case. We tried using it as instructed but the song doesnt play and the dancers only appear as stick figures and not the way the song is demoed. Really disappointing. We think this app could be amazing and really enjoyable for kids and adults interested in a fun way to stay fit. If only it were compatible with iPads/iPhone cameras.

Hi just dance we dont really appreciate how this game has a lot of bugs like for example we were dancing to why you always in the mood and got mega star and for some reason it did not give us our stars. We also tried logging in to our account,I tried to reset our passcode it did not work and we had to wait the full 24 hours.
We do not appreciate the bugs and issues that are happening, we almost bought the Vip so we dont have to wait but the game kept messing up so if you could read this complaint and try to help us and fix it we would appreciate that. Thank you for your time have a great day.
The app requires an old Apple remote. Fix that. Using a phone is stupidly designed. You have to pick a generic song just to get to a party. Then phone constantly disconnects and reconnects. This is really bad.
We used our coins on a dance and it didnt let us play our screen went black and it took our coins.
Our internet was working really well, and our tv is fine, but when we tried to cast the game to the tv, it crashed. It wasted all of our coins.
We were first cheated out of our 200 coins. Purchased VIP to play with our daughter and it still wouldnt connect to our chromecast. We want a refund.
Songs dont play correctly, clicking out of song when glitching makes you lose coins paid despite it glitching.
