These Waltzes were quite fast, but by making the rhythm of the dance more comfortable, we now call them Viennese Waltzes and always dance with joy.

Slow Waltz

Waltz was brought to the United States in the mid 1800s. The pace of the Viennese Waltz was quite fast, and soon composers began to write music that was much slower. From this music developed a new style of waltz called Boston, with slower turns and longer, gliding movement. Around 1874, the influential "Boston Club" formed in England and a new style of dance, the English, later called the Slow Waltz, began to emerge. However, only after 1922 this dance will become as fashionable as the Tango. Strangely, what couples used to dance in the Boston Waltz is very different from what we do now. Immediately after the 1st World War, the Waltz is rapidly changing. In 1921 it was decided that the basic movement should be: step, step, prefix. When Victor Sylvester won the championship in 1922, the English waltz program consisted of just a Right Turn, a Left Turn and a Change of Direction. In 1926/1927 the Waltz was significantly improved. The basic movement has been changed to: step, side step, prefix. As a result of this, more opportunities for the development of figures appeared. They have been standardized by the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD). Many of them we dance to this day.

Tango

Time signature: 2/4. Tempo: 31-33 bpm.

The first time the Tango was performed in Europe before the 1st World War, at a tempo of 36 bars per minute. It comes from Buenos Aires (Argentina), where it was performed for the first time in "Barria Las Ranas", the Buenos Aires ghetto. It was then known as "Baile con corte" (dance with rest). The "dandies" of Buenos Aires changed the dance in two ways. First they changed the so-called "Polka Rhythm" into "Habanera Rhythm", and secondly, they called this dance Tango.

Slow Foxtrot

Foxtrot, a dance that was born in the twentieth century and was named after the American performer Harry Fox. It was originally performed at a tempo of 48 beats per minute. The problem that has taken Foxtrot in two directions is the tempo of the music. To the music that was performed at a pace of approximately 50 - 52 beats per minute, they danced Quickstep or Fast Foxtrot, and to that that was performed at a pace of 32 beats per minute (more slowly) - Slow Foxtrot (Slow Foxtrot). The charming Foxtrot, which has many interpretations, is both a simple and complex dance.

Quickstep

The relevance of the problem of organizing health prevention and a healthy lifestyle is due to the fact that health is not only a necessary condition for a normal human life, but also that health is a strategically necessary condition for the effective functioning and development of society.

Health is an incomparable value. Every person has a desire to be strong and healthy. Scientists believe that if we conditionally take the level of health as 100%, then 20% of it depends on hereditary factors, 20% - on the environment, 10% - on the activities of the healthcare system, and the remaining 50% - depends on the person himself. Health is our wealth, which can be preserved only by adhering to the principles of a healthy lifestyle.

At present, the relevance of a healthy lifestyle is caused by an increase and a change in the nature of loads on the human body due to the complication of social life, an increase in risks of a man-made, environmental, and psychological nature. It is a healthy person at his workplace that provides the necessary labor processes in all areas of activity. Thus, measures must be taken to improve health.

The program of this project is aimed at:

Promoting a responsible attitude towards health promotion,

· fostering an active life position aimed at the spiritual and moral development of not only employees, but also members of their families and parents of pupils.

Purpose: Formation of a healthy lifestyle system, education of a culture of health and the introduction of physical culture into the life of each kindergarten employee, their family members and parents of pupils.

Content of the project.

The project "Movement is life" is aimed at preserving and strengthening the health of employees of preschool educational institutions, their families, parents of pupils, creating a favorable psycho-emotional environment in the team, forming a stable system of value orientations and attitudes of an active life position, interest in supporting a healthy lifestyle, positive motivation to self-development and self-improvement.

Currently, the following areas are being implemented within the project:

- promotion of a healthy lifestyle with the help of: information stands, advisory material, questionnaires, presentations.

- fitness - training in various directions;

- outdoor flash mobs;

- quest games of a sports orientation;

- sports and leisure activities on weekends;

- participation in city TRP festivals.

The project made it possible to increase the activity of teachers, manifested in participation in sports and recreational activities, to realize the need for and importance of a healthy lifestyle and the implementation of ways to improve health.

Geography, categories and number of participants: Employees of MBDOU Kindergarten No. 145 in Tver, members of their families and parents of pupils take part in the “Movement is Life” project. Currently, 34 employees of the kindergarten, 28 members of their families, 42 parents of pupils are participating in the project.

Organizational and resource support of the project: for the implementation of the project, the following items were purchased: yoga mats (15 pcs.), dumbbells weighing 1.5 and 2 kg (20 pairs), weights weighing 2 kg (20 pairs), fitness rubber bands (15 pieces), fitballs (10 pieces), Pilates rings (10 pieces), gymnastic sticks, music center (1 piece).

Consultation Breathing exercises

First, consider the basic rules of breathing exercises. Remember that inhalation takes precedence over exhalation.

First rule. It is necessary to constantly think: “It smells of burning! Anxiety!" And sniff the air noisily, like a dog's footprint. The more natural the better. It is known that to overeat is harmful, to drink is harmful. Why, while inhaling, to swell that there is strength is useful? Many people find deep breathing to be beneficial. The biggest mistake is to pull the breath to take in more air. The breath is short, like an injection, active and the more natural, the better. You should think only about the breath. The feeling of anxiety organizes an active breath better than reasoning about it. Therefore, there is no need to be shy about furiously, to the point of rudeness, sniffing the air. Why shouldn't you breathe too deeply

unless, of course, there are no reasons for this, for example, active physical exertion? It turns out that in addition to oxygen exchange during respiration, the exchange of carbon dioxide is no less, and perhaps more important. The fact is that the cells of our body contain approximately 2 percent oxygen and up to 7 percent carbon dioxide. Moreover, this carbon dioxide plays an important role in metabolic processes. When its content in cells falls, metabolism (exchange) is disturbed, which leads to diseases. A decrease in the level of carbon dioxide in the cells to below 3 percent means death. Carbon dioxide in the air is extremely small - only 0.03 percent. Where does the body get carbon dioxide from? Everything is explained quite simply. It is a product of chemical reactions that take place at the cellular level.

The venous blood rich in CO 2 enters the lungs, where carbon dioxide is dissolved in alveolar gas. From here - from the alveoli of the lungs - CO 2 enters the arterial blood, where it contains up to about 6.5 percent. So, what is very important when breathing? Do not “wash out” carbon dioxide from the lungs with deep inhalation and deep exhalation (hyperventilation). If there is little CO 2 in the lungs - and almost none in the air - it will be less than 6.5 percent in the arterial blood. As a result, according to the laws of chemistry, an outflow of carbon dioxide from cells into arterial blood is possible,

which will lead to an imbalance of CO 2 and O 2 in cells and, as a result, to diseases of the hormonal and respiratory systems. In addition, you should breathe through your nose, as inhaling through your nose is not afraid of cold and dust and perfectly relieves a runny nose.

Second rule. Exhalation is the result of inhalation. You should not prevent the exhalation from leaving after each breath as you like, as much as you like - but it is better with your mouth than with your nose. Don't help him. Think only: “It smells of burning! Anxiety!" And just make sure that the breath goes simultaneously with the movement. Exhalation will go away spontaneously. Get carried away with inhalation and movement, do not be boring and indifferent. Movements create sufficient volume and depth for a short breath without much effort. So, you need to remember: strictly follow the simultaneity of inhalations and movements, do not prevent the exhalation from leaving spontaneously.

Third rule. Repeat the breaths as if you are inflating a tire. Inflate your lungs like tires in song and dance tempo. And, while training movements and breaths, count on 2, 4 and 8. The pace is 60 - 72 breaths per minute. The norm of the lesson is 1000 - 1200 breaths, and more is possible - 2000 breaths. The pause between doses of breaths is 2-3 seconds, and the distances between exhalations are longer than between breaths, because you do not help exhalation, therefore, the air comes out longer.

Fourth rule. You need to know and remember that you need to take as many breaths in a row as you can easily do at the moment. If the attacks are frequent - in series of 2, 4, 8 breaths, sitting and lying down. If at this point in time remission - 8, 16, 32 breaths, standing.

After three weeks of training, you can already do 96 breaths, unless, of course, this is easy to do and it does not bring discomfort. The norm of one lesson is 2 times 960 breaths. The exception is people who suffer from severe asthma or have had a heart attack. For such people, the norm is 600 breaths, and the lesson should be repeated up to 5 times a day. It is especially important to “pump up” the lungs before going to bed for an hour. This is a struggle for normal sleep, since attacks mostly occur at night.

The worse the state of health, the more often you should do this gymnastics, but more often and rest. 4000 breaths a day, of course, not immediately, but during the day, is a good norm.

With a good workout, 2000 breaths fit into 35 - 37 minutes. This time should not be shortened.

Fifth rule. And once again at the expense of exhalation. It is necessary to try to exhale "through force." That is, exhale

like you're inflating a balloon. To do this, you need to exhale, pronouncing the sounds: “x”, “c”, “h”, “sh”, “u”, “brah”, “broch”. In this case, it is not necessary to allow air to completely exit the lungs. That is, the volume of air when inhaling should be greater than when exhaling. This exercise should be performed only if there are difficulties with the implementation of the second rule.

Well, now let's start studying the complex of exercises itself. For starters, a warm-up.

Stand up straight. Legs shoulder width apart. Hands at the seams. Take short, like an injection, breaths loudly, sniffing. Force the wings of the nose to connect at the moment of inhalation, and do not expand them. Train for 2, 4 breaths in a row at a walking pace. 96 breaths. You can do more to feel that the nostrils move and obey you. The breath must be instantaneous.

To fully understand this gymnastics, take a step in place and at the same time with each step - inhale. Right - left, right - left, inhale - inhale, inhale - inhale. And not inhale - exhale, as in ordinary gymnastics.

Take 96 steps - breaths at a walking pace. It is possible, standing still, it is possible, shifting from foot to foot: forward - backward, forward - backward, the weight of the body is either on the leg standing in front, then on the leg standing behind. It is impossible to take long breaths at the pace of steps. Think, "My legs are pumping air into me." It helps. With each step - a breath, but short and noisy.

Having mastered the movement, raising the right leg, squat a little on the left, raising the left on the right. Get a rock and roll dance. Make sure that the movements and breaths are simultaneous. Do not interfere or help the exhalations come out after each inhalation. Repeat the breaths rhythmically and often. Make as many as you can easily.

Head movements.

Turns. Turn your head to the right - to the left sharply at the pace of steps. And at the same time with each turn - inhale through the nose. 96 breaths.

The breaths are short and noisy. On the first day, 8 breaths in a row. It is possible and twice for 96.

"Ears". Shake your head as if you are saying to someone: “Ai-yay-yay, shame on you!” Make sure that the body does not turn. The right ear goes to the right shoulder, the left to the left. The shoulders are not mobile. Simultaneously with each swing - inhale.

"Small pendulum". Nod your head forward - back, inhale - inhale.

Every head movement is a turn. “Ears” and “small pendulum” do at least 96 breaths, 8, 16 or 32 breaths in a row. That is, as much as you can easily do. You can also perform 192 breaths - each head movement.

Major movements.

"Cat". Legs shoulder width apart. Remember a cat that sneaks up on a sparrow, unless of course you are predisposed to conditioned reflex or psychosomatic attacks of bronchial asthma. Repeat her movements - crouching a little, turn either to the right or to the left. Transfer the weight of the body to the right leg, then to the left. Which way you turned. And sniff the air noisily on the right, on the left at the pace of steps.

Take two times for 96 breaths. It is possible and more. This movement sometimes stops an asthma attack. In poor condition, it must be done sitting. It is light. If there is a spinal injury, it is better to consult a surgeon.

"Pump". Take the wand in your hands like a pump handle and think that you are inflating a car tire. Inhale - at the extreme point of the slope. The slope is over - the breath is over. Do not pull it, unbending, and do not unbend to the end. Repeat the breaths at the same time as the bends often rhythmically and easily. Don't raise your head. Look down at an imaginary pump. Do this movement more than the rest: 3, 4 and even 5 times 96 per lesson. The breath is instant. Of all the movements - breaths, this is the most effective. It stops attacks not only of bronchial asthma, but also of the heart. During an attack, do this movement while sitting, 2, 4 breaths in a row.
